Why We Built This Site
Oregon access rules do not place every criminal record in one database. Columbia County Jail maintains custody information, the agency that investigated an event holds its report, and the court that heard a case controls the judicial file. Oregon State Police maintains the statewide criminal-history repository, while corrections and registry systems answer narrower questions. The site brings verified contacts, fees, official portals, and request paths into a county-focused reference.

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Oregon court, sheriff's office, police department, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:

Only the issuing agency - the sheriff, the court, or the Oregon State Police Criminal Justice Information Services Division - can provide an official copy of a criminal record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
